   The bookkeeper and the advance coordinator. Files every AHJ application, tracks every PRD reference, and is the person who actually knows what the shop made last quarter. Worked five years as a touring tour-accountant for a regional booking agency before coming to the shop. Detail page in the next issue.

How we hire

We have not hired in two years. Mostly because the shop has held at six and we like it that way; partly because the ETCP card pipeline is thin in the Nashville market and we are conservative about who is on a motor circuit. When we do hire, we look for: a current LLE, an OSHA-30, and a documented work history with a touring vendor or an IATSE local. ETCP cards are not required at hire — we’ll sponsor the exam after eighteen months at the shop — but the trade vocabulary needs to be in your hand.
