Privacy — what we collect, what we keep.

Most of what we do is offline trade work; the website doesn’t collect much. Here’s what we ask for, what we keep, and how long.

What we collect on the advance form

The advance form at /advance/ asks for tour name, road manager name and phone, production manager (optional), email address, venue name, load-in window, scope, estimated draw, and notes. We need these to write a proposal and to schedule the work. The form action attribute is action="#" in this demo; in production the form posts to a Cloudflare Worker that emails the submission to the dispatch queue.

What we keep

Advance submissions are kept in the production binder for the duration of the project plus seven years thereafter for tax and insurance records. After seven years, the paper copy goes through a shredder; the email copy is purged from the inbox during the annual end-of-year cleanup. We do not sell, rent, or share advance submissions with any third party except as required for the work (e.g., the AHJ inspector sees the single-line diagram, the rigging vendor sees the call sheet).

Cookies & analytics

The website itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The site is static HTML served from Cloudflare Workers Static Assets; Cloudflare maintains its own access logs at the edge for security purposes, retained per Cloudflare’s policy. We do not place a Google Analytics tag, a Meta pixel, a Hotjar widget, or any other client-side tracker on the site.

Third-party assets

The site loads three categories of third-party assets:

Contact for privacy questions

For any question about data we hold for a specific tour or production: privacy@briley-stage.example. Reply within five working days. To request a copy of the submission we hold for your tour, include the production reference (PRD-YYYY-NNN); to request deletion, include the same plus your authorization as the booking party.

Children

The site does not target or collect data from anyone under 13. Touring electrical is not a service we deliver to minors; the only minors who interact with the site (and rarely) are touring-school students researching the trade.

Changes

If we materially change what we collect, we’ll note it in the next masthead’s errata section and re-date this page. Previous versions of this page are kept in the bay binder.
